Happy Easter

Hi!

Well it's been (over) a month since I last posted...and I have no excuse as there hasn't really been that much going on to stop me from blogging! Just the usual excuse - pure laziness! ;-)  However, all that is starting to change as I have decided that I am going to learn how to run (never been a strong point of mine!) and having been for 3 gentle walk/jogs over the last few weeks have decided to set myself a "small" goal...in 10 weeks time my sister and I will take part in Race for Life to help raise money for Cancer Research UK and we aim to be able to run the majority of the 5km course.  If you would like to learn more or wish to sponsor us please visit our fundraising page at The Antill Mob - Race for Life

One of the highlights of the last month was my gorgeous (honorary) niece's 3rd birthday and her and her sister's joint birthday party!  So as my second (honorary) niece's 1st birthday isn't until the end of the month, I'll just show you one of the two cards for now - I don't want to spoil it for her even if she is only just turning one!

Immediately following the girls birthday party, was another celebration - Mothers Day (which I realise is a little early for those reading outside of the UK, not sure why we have a different day for it over here - like to be different I guess!). Now, I had made my mum a mothers day card a few weeks/months ago so that I had it ready and waiting...only when it came to it, could I find said card? No! Needless to say, I (quite quickly and happily) made a new one - which actually thinking about it was a much better and more appropriate card for a mum whose favourite flowers are daffodils!

Now it's fast approaching Easter time, and I shared my two first ever Easter cards last month, I thought I'd share some more! Here are a few of the cards that have been keeping me busy. (I've sold them all so sorry if you see it on here before you receive it!)

Finally for today, are two cards that I made one day when looking at pictures of Warren Rabbit and Tatty Teddies with Chocolate Eggs got a little too much to take - worked as a distraction from going to the shop to buy myself some chocolate!

So that's it for today, I will post again next month when I can show you a 1st birthday and a wedding card, and hopefully a few more besides :-)

Have a good Easter everyone!
