Having had a bit of a hectic weekend last weekend - with my cats developing hayfever and a water leak dripping through the loft hatch! - I still found the time to make a few cards. Crafting made a very welcome escape! The week since then has involved a night back at college, a night catching up with old colleagues - which was great and well overdue, and finished last night with a trip up to York to visit family. So today, I just enjoyed the nice weather :-)
However, I did promise a wedding themed post a while back so it is time to fulfill that promise. I will start with the card I made back then for a family friend, I heard that the colour scheme was pink so I decided to go along with the theme:

Following on from this I was asked to make a couple more wedding cards. The first uses backing paper from Lili of the Valley Classic Christmas Paper Pad, the sentiment is also from LOTV which I stamped and then heat embossed - which I have to admit was kinda fun!
The next card was for more of a blue themed wedding, I added platinum liquid pearls to the scalloped edge to add a little extra something. This card can be personalised later or left as it is I think as it is quite simple.
I also spent a good while sorting through some boxes of crafty bits that I had obviously been using a while back but not had time to put back in any order and came across some old Warren die cuts from Craftwork Cards. I had a go at colouring in using my promarkers and then embossed the die cut with the daisy cuttlebug embossing folder to make the below birthday card:
I love these Warren designs and as I have found a fair few in my collection I can expect that I will be using them more in the coming months :-)
That's all there is folks...for now at least.
